Premier West Warwick Concrete is a concrete contracting business based in West Warwick, RI. We provide concrete construction and installation services including, but not limited to, driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, flatwork, retaining walls, steps, and decorative concrete for residential and commercial customers in RI and surrounding areas.
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective customers to contact us and request estimates. The Site does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service availability.
All estimates provided by Premier West Warwick Concrete are based on information available at the time of assessment, including site conditions, project scope, and materials. Estimates are not binding quotes unless documented in a signed written agreement.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, if project scope changes at your request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. We will communicate any changes before proceeding and will not perform work beyond the agreed scope without your prior approval.
Prices listed anywhere on the Site, if any, are general illustrative ranges only and do not represent a binding offer for any specific project.
Scheduling of work is confirmed between you and Premier West Warwick Concrete in writing or by phone. We will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work on the agreed schedule. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit timing, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we are aware of them.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already performed or materials already ordered, will be set out in your written agreement. Concrete work is weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to reschedule pours due to conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished work.
Payment terms for each project will be specified in the written agreement or proposal. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of agreement.
Overdue balances may be subject to interest charges and collection costs as permitted by law. Premier West Warwick Concrete reserves the right to suspend or withhold services for accounts with overdue balances.
Premier West Warwick Concrete stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be set out in your written agreement.
Concrete is a natural material subject to variation. Minor surface cracking, color variation, and surface texture differences are inherent characteristics of concrete and are not defects. Warranty claims based solely on cosmetic variation or normal concrete behavior will not be honored.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption or error.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier West Warwick Concreteshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Premier West Warwick Concrete or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Premier West Warwick Concrete related to these terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at quotes@westwarwickconcrete.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of the State of Rhode Island, as determined by applicable law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Rhode Island for any matters not subject to arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
